Buff City Soap
In-House
Showed up for an art director internship. Got interviewed as a photographer. Hired as both. It turned into a full-time job. It was 2020, a soap company during a pandemic, $3 million valuation and 10 internal employees. I worked with the creative director to build the brand from the ground up: product photography, video, packaging, apparel, advertising, in-store design. When I left, it was 100 employees and $300 million valuation. Most of what I created is still in use. Fitting an entire brand into one page is almost as hard as fitting all my roles into one title.
Campaigns
Product launches and seasonal campaigns. I shot the product photography, cut the launch videos, and designed the campaign systems. Each deck links the full system.

New product packaging designed for launches across the Buff City Soap lineup.
Advertising & In-Store
From wall murals and vehicle wraps to in-store collateral, the brand extended everywhere the stores did.
One Step Further
I created the soap patterns and graphics that became foundational to the brand's identity. Born from watching people make soap hundreds of times while shooting, each pattern mirrors the swirls and textures of the real product. These are still in use today.
4,000+ Product Photos
Shot over 4,000 product photos. They still use them. I still smell great. But here are the highlights.
